If you could wave a magic wand to create the perfect realtor, you'd end up with Zoe Carne. From the moment we met, I felt with complete confidence that I was in the most capable hands possible. I was in town for just a few days to prep my condo for sale and was going to have to hand the keys over to someone to take it from there. Zoe's concierge services ensured she'd be on-site for anything that came up (like being there on short-notice when a new microwave had to be installed) and would be at the condo for every showing to provide potential buyers with any information they might want. She was incredibly responsive, kept me in the loop at every stage of the process, and is possibly the most enthusiastic person I've ever met. (It's clear how much she loves the real estate biz and genuinely wants the best outcome for everyone involved.) Thanks to her familiarity with the neighborhood, her knowledge of the current market conditions, and her vast connections, she was able to sell my condo before we even listed and for FAR more than I ever would have expected (in my wildest dreams).
