I had my first meet and greet with Vashti in our condo elevator as she was our neighbor, but at that time I did not know she was a real estate broker too. I was excited to learn that she can assist me in the selling my Condo as it was my first experience ever doing so. Since meeting Vashti and contracting her for the selling of my Condo - every thing from 3D presentations of the Condo till the signing of the closing papers - I never faced any problems. She not only advised us for some home improvements that resulted in a better offer but also helped navigate us with any documentations required of/for our Condo Association Board for a smooth closing. All in all, now that we’ve sold our Condo, Vashti still shows dedication for getting us any documents in the aftermath of our condo selling and checks in occasionally on our well-being which makes it feel like she is more of a trusted friend than just another real estate agent. We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received from her and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know!
