By listening to my clients and determining their needs I am able to develop a plan to assist them whether buying or selling a home.

For example, I coordinate with contractors, painters, and electricians for my clients to get estimates for changes to be implemented before or after close. In addition, I have had several clients moving out of town and I made sure the home was cosmetically ready and staged the home to put on the market. I handled all the details so my clients were able to leave town without being concerned about the home sale and closing.

Clients have appreciated that I have an eye for staging their home to put it on the market and I am a skilled negotiator and make sure that my client's needs are always at the forefront of every transaction.

Longtime resident in the Lake County where my husband, kids and I are active with our school, youth sporting organizations, church, and several local charities like St. Vincent de Paul and Feed My Staving Children. I graduated with a Business Marketing Degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
