Renata brings a unique perspective and understanding to her clients, and through personal and professional experiences, Renata is able to navigate her clients to make sure that their goals are always met. She received her Masters Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology from Roosevelt University, and her undergraduate degree majoring in Psychology and Sociology from University of Illinois at Chicago. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses for her real estate negotiations, educating her clients, and effectively market her listings. Renata is committed to listen to her clients' needs and utilizing her keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. She is extremely detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around. 

Renata is also the founder of SellinIt, a platform and service that allows clients to part with items that they no longer want or need. It is a form of reuse, recycle, and re-home while making money for items that you are parting with.

Renata Zelinskaya was born in Ukraine and immigrated to the United States at an early age. Besides English, Renata is also fluent in Russian. Renata was raised and still resides in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago making her a North Shore specialist and your go to gal! When she is not making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family ( husband and toddler) and her dog (fur baby). Renata loves exploring the outdoors and trying new restaurants, Italian food is her favorite.
