Marianne is a dynamic professional with expertise spanning law, business, and real estate. She began her career as a litigation attorney before shifting to a successful role as a top sales representative at a leading IT company, where she honed her skills in sales, negotiation, and client management. Later, she became the founder and CEO of two thriving small food businesses, expanding to multiple locations. Through each of these roles, Marianne has cultivated a strong work ethic, an ability to collaborate across all aspects of a deal, and a commitment to building and maintaining positive client relationships.

As a seasoned real estate investor, Marianne has designed and built custom homes in Elmhurst, developed commercial properties in Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Rosemont, and Schaumburg, and most recently, completely remodeled a lakehouse in Wisconsin. Her extensive experience in real estate investment and development provides her with a deep understanding of diverse real estate markets, allowing her to expertly guide clients in their real estate decisions.

Marianne has called Elmhurst home for 17 years, living there with her husband and three children after 14 years in Chicago. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys traveling, reading, spending quality time with family, and staying active in her community.
