I cannot say enough positive things about my partnership with Karen. I was selling my parents' condo that recently passed away and she made a very difficult and stressful situation as flawless as possible. Karen is knowledgeable, shares great recommendations, is extremely timely and strives to take as much of the load as possible. We ended up selling in 2 days and over list-price. I could not have done with without Karen and look forward to working with her again!
