Lets start this off with, I'm not the easiest to deal with and had such a wide search area, along with high expectations when I started out on this adventure.  I had already been searching for a couple months on my own when I ran into Erin at an open house.  Realtors are known to try and sell you on the house your at but after chatting with Erin for a couple minutes I could tell she was different.  She instantly knew I wasn't really interested in the property we where at but she started asking the right questions to help narrow down what I was looking for.  I had been to so many open houses before and when I had to sign in if I didn't like the property I wouldn't give my correct contact information of fear of being bombarded with generic emails and calls like so many before.  Erin was different so I gave her my correct contact information and she didn't just send me every house on the market like most do but really selected properties that met my criteria.  She stuck with it and really worked within my specifications to find some great options that would work for what I was looking for.  We put in a couple of offers on a few properties but could never come to an agreement with the sellers and she was the first to say we should walked away.  Erin was always spot on for her pricing and with her extensive knowledge of the market and locations she always made sure I wasn't going to be over paying for the property.   After viewing numerous houses I should say in excess of 60, we found the perfect one for me and checked all the boxes.  We put in an offer that day and the rest is history.  She walked me through every step with pinpointed details and without any hesitation to answer my difficult questions.  Without a doubt Erin will be the only realtor I will be using or recommending to anyone in the future.  This was and adventure of a lifetime purchasing my first house and I wouldn't want anyone else guiding me along the way.  Thank you again Erin you and your mini realtors are truly the best.
