Derek did a great job managing the sale of the house from start to close. All the up-front planning made sense, initial paperwork was easy. Then, as the house got prepped, there was good back and forth on house preparation, pricing strategy and market campaigns. Derek did all the showings, kept up communication on prospective buyers, contributed and listened and reasoned when price changes and house prep tweaks were discussed, managed all negotiations, etc. When two bids came in at the same time, Derek managed final negotiations and struck a good, fair deal for all.
