Purchasing a home can be such an overwhelming process for many buyers. There are a lot of moving pieces that can leave homebuyers frustrated and confused, such as finding the perfect home, at the perfect price, securing financing, negotiating an offer, and closing to name a few.
As a buyers-agent specialist, I will personally guide you through each step of the buying process, offering great advice along the way. When working with me, you will not only find a great home, but you will also walk away with a great experience. I try my best to make the buying process as smooth as possible.
Here are some key areas that I will help you with:
1. Getting Pre-Approved
I will help you find a great lender. Then, by providing your lender with information about your family income, savings, and debt, he or she will then be able to assist you in getting pre-approved. The lender will then educate and guide you to various financing options, monthly payment amount you qualify for, and what you can expect for down payment requirements and closing costs.
2. Choosing Your New Home
Finding a home can be an emotional process. I will assist you in this process by offering accurate, objective, and real-time information about the properties you are considering to purchase. From community information, like the local schools and zoning, to specific details about a particular home, like condition and amenities, we will work together to find exactly what you're looking for.
3. Making An Offer
Once you have found the home you want, I will thoroughly research recent comparable sales of similar homes in the area to help determine a fair price. Based on those comparable sales, as well as other factors such as condition of the home, condition of comparable homes, I will help you structure an offer and negotiate on your behalf to get the very best deal possible.
4. The Closing Table
The closing can be a bit complicated. The title company, attorney and myself will all work together to handle the process. We will ensure that you have everything you need prior to the day of closing.
