If you have concerns about who to hire for your real estate needs, I say Chris Ecklund will get the job done. Chris is very professional. But beyond that Chris is very knowledgeable with all the different aspects of real estate dealings. Having someone in your corner equipped like that is not only necessary but greatly appreciated (as the process can be stressful). There will be questions and things that come up where you need to fall back on your realtor and look to them for help and direction. One of Chris’ strong suits is guiding those situations to a satisfactory and completed finish. He will help you. And honestly, will go above and beyond what he actually needs to do and what’s required of him. You’re not going to get that from just any realtor. He helped me with big and small decisions. He was a voice when I needed it. He listened. He was pro-active with situations as they came up. Don’t be afraid to look to him for guidance and to talk him about things. He will get you through the process. Rely on the fact that he knows what he’s doing and has your best interest in mind. He is terrific with solutions and knowing how to navigate things for the best possible outcome. He does a great job of representing you. He stepped up to the plate and beyond. I’m forever grateful. Looking back I probably could have handled a few things a little differently, but I can’t say that for Chris. He’s the best. Top-notch!
