I could not write a review that would do Alexa justice. We have moved 3 times in 3 years due to family circumstance and then the COVID19 Pandemic and have dealt with many realtors but nobody has ever come close to her. We moved to Batavia from out of state and Alexa not only helped us find our home but re-arranged her schedule multiple times to meet us on weekends and short notice to help us see houses as they came to market in such a volatile marketplace. Once we actually found the home we were needing (which by the way, she suggested the neighborhood be included because we had no idea it was there and she went and helped us with a facetime walkthrough because we couldn't be there) she helped my wife learn the area and recommended different tradesmen that we needed to get things ready for our move in. We're hoping not to leave the Geneva-Batavia-St.Charles' area anytime soon but if we ever move in this area we will for sure be reaching out to Alexa for help selling our home and finding our next one. She is an absolutely joy to work with... and seriously, coming from me that is saying something. I generally don't write reviews but I do for her because she's that great at her job.
