John Wyman did an amazing job in helping us sell our deceased mother's home in the Edgewater neighborhood in Chicago for which we are forever grateful. My sister and I live out of state and John's help was essential - we could not have done it without him. John provided excellent advice regarding pricing, created a beautiful brochure highlighting the features of the house, worked very ethically in representing the buyers and the sellers, and was extremely responsive when we had questions or concerns. He went above and beyond the call of duty as well. When we discovered that a homeless person had been living in a crawl space under the house, leaving a mess that needed to be cleaned up, he found some high school boys who were willing to take the task on. We give John the highest possible recommendation, without qualification, for his excellent and compassionate service.
