He arranged a showing for us that afternoon and helped me get an offer put together that evening. When the seller came back to us the next day saying there were multiple offers on the house, Tommy was able to give me advice on what to do to make the strongest offer possible and stay within my budget. It was "neck and neck" according to the listing agent, but they ended up accepting our offer. I was unable to make it to the inspection, but Tommy was able to stop by the house for me to meet the inspector and talk about what they found.
