On top of Thomas' various awards, he has received multiple designations from the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) including Senior Real Estate Specialist, Residential Real Estate Probate Specialist, and At Home with Diversity specialist.

Thomas is originally from Eastern North Carolina and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from East Carolina University. After college, Thomas worked in North Carolina state politics until he moved to DC in 2008. Before getting his real estate license, he worked in government affairs. In Thomas' free time, he plays with clay, watercolors, and his puppy, Bennie.
