Before we kiss the year that was 2020 goodbye and NEVER look back, The OSC Team wanted to take the opportunity to reflect on some of the happier moments. In a year where everyone was confided to their homes, we were able to help find so many people a new place to hunker down. The home buying process had some new added challenges making it harder to view properties, meet new clients, and celebrate closed deals together but we are so proud and thankful for the way everyone persevered.
Despite so much uncertainty and obstacles, we are blessed that The OSC Team had their most successful year with over $20 million in sales. Our team grew with the addition of Nick Jenness, our new Client Services Manager and Olin himself moved into a new home where he can't wait to host friends once it is safe to do so.
We want to extend a huge thanks to everyone we were fortunate enough to work with this year and remind you how much we enjoy working with you. While statistics are one way to measure success, there is truly nothing more rewarding than the relationships we build in this process and handing someone keys to their new home.
