Stacy, Shannon and I wanted to take a second to thank you guys again for all your hard work this year to FIRST find us this lovely home in Bethesda and SECOND to help us sell our Iris Street house. When I look back at the year, I get slightly dizzy from the whirlwind...but somehow, working all together...we did it! This was in large part to your collective knowledge and experience, so thank you. Stacy, we also appreciate all of your kind touches such as the gifts you left for us in our Bethesda house and the gift certificate for dinner yesterday.
