Before joining real estate, Shelby worked with several startups, most recently serving as chief operating officer of Taste Savant, the anti-Yelp restaurant discovery website and app. She started her career at Cantor Fitzgerald in New York as an investment banking analyst. She graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a B.S. in Finance. Shelby currently resides in Wilmette with her husband and two daughters, Maude and Nell. She spends her free time chasing her kids at Gillson Beach or checking out the latest restaurants in the city.
