Working with Richard Pratt as our realtor was a terrific experience. We just happened to meet him at the first house we visited on our mission to find our dream home in Dallas. We met with Richard and shared what we were looking for, our style, and price range. Richard worked tirelessly to find multiple options that may work. He knew when we found "the one" and he was right! Once under contract, Richard worked with the other agent and title company on the items needed, and made great recommendations of insurance brokers, inspectors, ect. Once the house was purchased, he continued to help us by making additional recommendations for vendors and other service providers. We feel very lucky to have had Richard representing our interests in finding our new home in Dallas!
