Active within the broader real estate community, Rachel dedicates time to the Chicago Association of REALTORS® as a sitting member of their Board of Directors, Foundation Board of Trustees, and their political action committee, engaging agents in ongoing legislation, education and networking. She is committed to volunteer work, including her past role as president of the Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity's Young Professionals board, which combines her love for real estate and her dedication to affordable housing. She was honored in 2018 and 2021 with Chicago Agent Magazine's Charitable Service Award, is a 2019 graduate of the prestigious Illinois REALTORS® Leadership Development Program and is a National Association of Realtors 30-Under-30 recipient in 2020.
