Preston is a life long resident of the North Shore / Chicago land area. Preston's thorough knowledge  of Chicago's housing market allows him to properly advise clients looking to buy, sell , or lease in the city or suburbs.  He has a passion for real estate and construction working with his family in the business since his childhood.  During his college summers he worked as a union concrete laborer.  This experience helped lay the foundations of many buildings in the Chicago land area.  He graduated with a B.A. in Broadcast Communication and a minor in Music Business.  He is active with local charities and is a member with the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors.  His communication  skills assist him in bringing buyers and sellers together successfully reaching the closing table.  His business is built on results!!!
