I’d highly recommend using Paul if you’re trying to buy or sell. I recently sold my condo in the Roscoe Village neighborhood and Paul was incredibly expeditious, thorough, communicative and a great client advocate when it came to negotiations. He is super friendly and knows the neighborhood really well. I had a few cosmetic loose ends to tie up with our unit and he had a guy out within 48 hours to help prepare and stage everything. We also had a dynamic where we were currently renting out the unit prior to the sale and Paul was super patient with our renters while trying to coordinate showings.
