There are lot of questions that come into play and I think my job as an agent is to first and foremost educate my clients and make sure that you are comfortable before the process even begin. I always recommend my clients even if i was the agent they bought their house from to interview at least 2 agents before you make that decision specially if you haven't bought and sold recently.
