Liz Kolodziej has a strong and diverse background in customer service, management, and relationship building, which makes her a great fit for real estate. Liz was previously co-owner of a family restaurant/catering business and also was a healthcare/physician recruiter for 10+ years for multiple local healthcare organizations.  Her experience in fast-paced, client-focused environments, combined with her deep community involvement and personal commitment to helping others, will undoubtedly serve her clients well.  

Liz Kolodziej grew up in Norridge to immigrant parents and is fluent in Polish.  She now resides in Mount Prospect as of 2019 with her husband and her 3 children.  She is very excited to call Mount Prospect her home and embed her footprint.  She loves spending time with her family and staying active.  She especially loves going on outdoor adventures and discovering new places with her boys.

My passion has always been real estate. With my ability to connect with people, understand their needs, and my natural tenacity, I will excel in helping clients navigate the often complex world of buying and selling property.  My desire to be active in the community and my enthusiasm for spending time with my family also align perfectly with a career in real estate, where local knowledge and personal investment can make all the difference.
