3. We donate a sizable part of the commission in your name.
4. You have positively changed your community and world.
When you Buy, Sell, or Build with me, up to .25% of the entire transaction(s) goes to help a charitable organization serving in your community and/or around the world.*
For example: Sell your home for $250,000 + buy a new home for $350,000 = $600,000 in total for both transactions. Multiply by .25%. $1,500 would be donated in your name to bless the adoption or charity of your choosing.
*At the closing table, these donations are recorded in your honor but do not result in a personal deduction outside of the potential deduction for your closing costs. MyHome4Good does not receive a tax reduction either. See your tax preparer for more information.
