Kisa Carter, "The Property Warrior," is a dynamic force in real estate, driven by a passion for assisting individuals in their real estate endeavors. With unwavering integrity and boundless energy, she navigates each transaction with meticulous attention to detail. After serving in the United States Air Force (USAF) for eight years and earning a Master of Public Administration from Baruch College (CUNY), Kisa transitioned into diverse roles across nonprofit, private, and government sectors, including the Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor, and NASA. Most recently she served as Branch Vice President/Managing Office Broker at a national brokerage before transitioning to RLAH@properties as a full-time real estate professional.

Kisa is a licensed Associate Broker in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and a licensed Salesperson in Virginia. Beyond real estate, Kisa embraces adventure by immersing herself in diverse cultures through international travel, learning new languages, and riding motorcycles.
