We were very happy with John and working with his team. It is a big decision to sell your home. I had discussed it with John over a period of time and while he showed interest he was never super pushy like so many sales experiences are these days. When it came time to actually put our house on the market, we didn't really want a bunch of open houses and were hoping we could sell without that experience. John proposed a plan, gave us our marching orders about getting the house ready (which was reasonable, some agents want you to practically remodel the place) and had potential purchasers in the home shortly. John, being an expert in Edgewater, knew of several clients who were specifically looking for homes in our area. We had a contract within a week and the selling experience from that point forward was pretty easy.
