I cannot put into words how thankful my husband and I are that Jimeen agreed to be our real estate agent. December of 2017 we enlisted her services to help us find a townhouse to rent. After speaking with Jimeen she advised us that we could be looking for our first home to purchase instead of renting and paying someones mortgage we could be paying off our own. We weighed our options and we decided to start looking for houses. Jimeen put us in touch with several loan officers who we reached out to and selected the one we best fit with. She knew what she was doing from start to finish, the loan officer she recommended and we selected really held our hands through the whole process from start to finish. We must have requested to see 200 plus homes and everytime Jimeen response would always be within the hour and if the home was available to view, she would be showing it to us that day. A couple of times we were anxious and just ready to move and would see an ok house and tell Jimeen to put an offer up on it, and she would walk thru with us to really take a look at the house and we would notice things she pointed out that our untrained eyes didnt see. Those inspections can start to be pricey, especially when the house wont pass so you wont be getting it. She definitely saved us alot of money in that aspect. Finally, we found a house the last week of September. Jimeen showed us the house that Tuesday evening and after our walk thrus we decided to put offer in. I think it is noteworthy to mention we were excited and didnt want to miss this house (someone put offer before us) and we expressed this to her and would you believe she was up to 12am preparing then submitting our offer! I know this Is true because there were several documents we had to electronically sign. Overall my experience was very concierge like and i had no complaints throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Jimeen and will definitely be utilizing her services in the future
