Janice Smith is a Michigan-based REALTOR® and she loves her job!  Her passion for helping people is the force that drives her when representing clients in Real Estate transactions.  This passion, combined with her finance and negotiating experience, makes her a great choice when considering the sale or purchase of your home.  Before getting into the Real Estate Business in 2020, she worked in Corporate Sales and Finance for various Tier 1 Automotive Suppliers in Metro Detroit.  Her formal education includes an MBA from Oakland University and a Graduate Certificate from the Karass Effective Negotiating Program.  Janice is an active agent with @properties Christie's International Real Estate in Rochester and represents buyers and sellers in Southeast Michigan.

Janice currently lives in Rochester Hills, Michigan, with her husband Todd, son Owen, and their dogs Charlie Brown and Piper Jane.
