Greer Haseman has spent 30 plus years honing her Real Estate expertise in Oak Park, River Forest, Forest Park and Elmwood Park markets, with a special emphasis on historically significant or luxury homes.

Greer's extensive real estate sales and marketing experience is augmented by her past financial services background. Greer uses the tools of technology to create an interaction even as the media world continues to fragment. She has been a trusted advisor and multi-million dollar producing Broker-Realtor in the Oak Park & River Forest market, often achieving the highpoint in pricing in both communities. 

Greer is a thought-leader in the industry, and is often quoted by the media regarding trends in real estate. She has been interviewed in Crain's and Chicago Magazine and many of her luxury listings have been featured in those publications as well as on the Channel 5 news.

PHILOSOPHY

Greer readily admits her philosophy has changed as the business has evolved.  She knows if knowledge is a thirst quencher, technology has changed the straw to a fire hose, often not satisfying one's thirst. "It's imperative that my clients have enough information to make an informed decision, but it's also my obligation to help them harness the overload so they feel they have an authentic connection, which leads to positive results".  Greer knows first hand that the devil is in the details, and she prides herself in her ability to manage and execute the critical details of her client's transactions from start to finish.

PERSONAL

An Oak Park native, Greer knows that architecture is often an important part of what unifies a community. The historic nature and diversity in housing stock in the area are of special interest to her, as her childhood home is on Forest Avenue, in the heart of the Frank Lloyd Wright Prairie School of Architecture Historic District. 

Greer is a current Board of Director for the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors. She is a former Board of Director for the Oak Park Regional Housing Center and is a supporter of its ongoing mission of promoting diversity. Additionally, she serves the Realtor community on the Ethics and Arbitration Committees. She was awarded the Oak Park Area Association of Realtors, Realtor of the Year Award in 2011 and has been consistently nominated by her clients to receive the 5 Star Real Estate Award.  Recipients of this award are highlighted in the October issue of Chicago Magazine each year.

Greer is an avid environmentalist and animal rights advocate with special emphisis on our dwindling wild horse population. She has a deep appreciation for the great outdoors and a supporter of America's public lands. She tries to string a few days together here and there so she can enjoy a bit of skiing--both water and snow- depending on the season. A huge Blackhawks fan, she can often be found cheering them on at a local watering hole with her childhood friends from Holmes School and OPRF.  She treasures those long-standing friendships, to her, they are the foundation of what made growing up in Oak Park and River Forest so very special.
