We listed our house with Greer. Her knowledge of the area and what our realistic expectaions should be was outstanding! She was not only responsive to our questions and concerns during the process but she was proactive in informing us of what to expect at each level of the sale. We have a difficult work schedule and she did a fantastic job of scheduling showings to have minimal to no impact on our daily lives. All in all it was a great experience and I don't know how it could have gone any better.
