I can't say enough good things about Gloria Griner. When I first met her at our property in April, my inclination was to do an as-is sale. It needed work, and I didn't have time, with a lot going on in life. We had moved to another home some time ago and getting around to selling it had been lingering. Gloria said she could get 10 offers tomorrow for that, but convinced me that if I put an an amount of money into it about 5% of its assessed value, she would get me around 130% of a likely as-is sales price. She handled it all. She lined up her network of contractors and sent me estimates and quotes for my approval. She oversaw all details of remediation, repair, refurbishment, sprucing up, decor and staging, landscaping, on and on. The house went to market 2 months later and she already had two offers. 4 days later we had 5 offers and accepted an all cash offer, no contingencies, at 11% above asking, and 140% of what I hoped to get for an as-is in April. Getting to that point required a level of tactical and negotiation skill I have never seen deployed. Gloria is wicked smart, hard working, savvy, and professional from top to bottom. She will do whatever you need to get your property ready and the best sales price that can be gotten with a minimum of bother to you. Can't recommend her enough.
