As a lifetime Chicago area resident and daughter of a REALTOR, Erica Zupancic has an extensive knowledge of the Chicago and North Shore real estate market. Representing Sellers, Buyers, and both sides of the Rental market combined with her work ethic is what makes Erica successful. She has 4 years experience as the Marketing Director for 2 different Chicago real estate companies. For the last 19 years she has been working with her mother, Donna Zupancic, who has 50+ years of experience in the city and the North Shore. Erica and Allyn Rawling are the team leaders for The Zupancic Group which has a total of 7 agents.

Erica graduated from American University with a bachelors degree in graphic design and a minor in cultural anthropology. She enjoys utilizing her learned knowledge of art and cultures in creating a happy, stress free experience in all real estate transaction. Erica currently lives in Lincoln Park.
