773.350.7773Having grown up in a family of REALTORS®, it must be in my blood to be involved in this business. Prior to actually getting licensed as a REALTOR®, I developed an acumen for customer service, relationship building and marketing, by selling print and online advertising for twenty years.
My home environment has always been important to me. So in my quest for a home that would fulfill all of my needs, I lived in many different Chicago neighborhoods, in many different types of property. After years of buying, selling, fixing-up and moving, I finally found and improved a home in which I wanted to stay put. But that left a big void in my life since I had become somewhat of a real estate hobbyist. That's when I decided to follow in the family footsteps and get my real estate license. I guess it's a natural progression when you think about it. Now I have the luxury of putting my analytical, selling and promotional skills together with something about which I'm passionate.
A Chicago resident for more than twenty-five years, I've lived in DePaul, Bucktown, Wicker Park, Lincoln Square, Edgewater and Andersonville. In the past ten years I've sold properties across the city from Rogers Park to the Gold Coast. From Uptown to West Town. From Logan Square to North Center. Witnessing the transformations of each of these neighborhoods has been like watching different flowering plants come into bloom.
Chicago is a fantastic city whose richly varied neighborhoods make it ever more exciting. Every neighborhood and every property has its advantage. Discovering them and making them shine is a job I've found to be a perfect match for my life. I have great instincts, coupled with a strong set of analytical skills. I thoroughly understand how and when to buy and sell.
As a buyer or a seller, you are hungry for information. Because most people don't move often, the process is not familiar territory. My approach is to arm you with good information and advice. In doing so, I will earn your trust and make your real estate experience a good one.
