Her career in real estate dates back to 1986, working in New York for a commercial real estate developer and management company. That served as her gateway into corporate relocation where she spent seven years as an independent contractor and relocation coordinator. 

In 2005, Elise began her sales career in residential real estate. Elise lives in Glencoe with her husband and dog and has two adult children.
