We met Debbie by chance and after speaking with her and expressing what we wanted she actually found a listing that hadn't been posted yet that fit exactly what we told her. It showed that she really listened to what we said because she never sent a listing that didn't meet our criteria. She also was fast to respond and setting up viewings if we expressed interest. She also shared her honest opinion which was very helpful and welcomed. She was acknowledgeable without being judgmental and made the process fun.
