I wish to use give feedback regarding Cennet Gundogdu's extraordinary help when I was looking for an apartment to rent. I had to find a place before December 1st of 2023; but I had specific requirements (a two flat, specific location, with parking) in my search which made finding a place more challenging. I called many agents from listings, but none called back except Cennet. She started sending me potential listings, but I was being very picky about my choices and as time went on, I came to the realization that, I would not find what I wanted. Two other agents I had started working with gave up on me. More so, I realized I had to put my furniture and belongings in storage and live in a hotel or something until spring. Time had run out. Just two days before I was to move out from the old apartment, I contacted Cennet and told her my dire situation: moving my stuff into storage and staying in a hotel or Airbnb for the next 6 months until spring. I dreaded that! She sprang into action and started making calls to fellow agents. In about 10 minutes, she called back and said, an agent had something available in the location I was looking for even though it wasn't quite to my specified requirements. She sent me a picture of the place and I said I would take it considering my situation. I had 2 days to move out and Cennet was able to negotiate with the agent of the prospective apt. to expedite the process. I was able to move into the new place on time, avoiding the dread of storage and living in some hotel for months to come. Cennet truly came through for me when I truly felt hopeless and helpless. Her genuine concern and persistent to find a solution to avoid a very unpleasant scenario I found myself in, was extraordinary and my heartfelt thanks and gratitude to her! I will definitely look her up in the near future when I am looking to move to another place; and will undoubtedly recommend her to anyone looking to rent, purchase or sell properties.
