We used Cari to both buy our new house and sell our old home and she was nothing short of fantastic. With our new home purchase she was direct, strategic, and responsive. She never tried to push the property on us, but was very clear as to what we needed to do in order to get the home of our dreams (we did!). In terms of selling our old home she was equally amazing. She and the contractor she works with gave clear estimates on the work they thought should be done to maximize home value. She was well organized getting the home ready for sale. After we moved out, we could just leave the keys with Cari and she got it done. The house sold 35k over asking in just two days! Not only is Cari an amazing agent she is also just a pleasure to work with. She is extremely responsive and competent; clearly she knows her stuff. She made us feel like we were her only clients even though I know she has a pretty huge book of business. Also Cari's Rolodex for all things home is pretty incredible and I've since asked her landscaping services, contractors, and interior designers. I'm honestly kind of bummed there are no more real estate transactions in our immediate future because working with Cari was such a joy. Highly highly recommend!!!
