As an experienced technology leader, Bob has had a long career in corporations and start-ups. He previously served as an executive, running companies with revenues from $25M to $400M. Always searching for the perfect entrepreneurial opportunity, Bob realized it was right in front of him; he decided to join his wife, Lyn, and build the Lyn Wise Group.

Bob has always had an interest in real estate and grew up around "the business".  His mother was a real estate broker for over 30 years on the North Shore of Chicago and his father built his career in real estate development and management.

Bob has lived in Highland Park most of his life; he and Lyn have raised three children there. With a unique grasp of the area, he is excited to leverage Lyn's dedication and passion for her clients to cultivate a team that's equally motivated to help people sell or find their dream homes.

As an accomplished business professional with a proven track record of success, Bob brings a unique blend of expertise to real estate sales. His ability to analyze market trends, forge strong client relationships, and implement effective strategies allows him to be a strong asset to both buyers and sellers.

He utilizes a strategic approach which is so much more than listing and selling properties. He prides himself on the behind the scenes work that people often don't see; crafting comprehensive plans that consider local market conditions, property value drivers, and the unique needs of each client. His approach ensures that every transaction is optimized for success. By combining real-time data with industry insights, he provides clients with informed recommendations that empower them to make sound buying and selling decisions.  

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and his mini golden doodle, Riley. He loves all racket sports and makes time to squeeze in tennis, pickle, and his all-time favorite sport, paddle tennis. He finds paddle to be the perfect pairing for those Chicago winters! He also enjoys getting out on the golf course and working on his handicap.
