West Bloomfield

With a spread out feel similar to that of nearby Bloomfield Hills, West Bloomfield encompasses many inland lakes with a vibrant boating and water recreation scene. Lake life is one of the main draws here—especially on Cass Lake, the largest in Oakland County—and housing in the township ranges from large lake homes to planned communities of homes built between the 1960s and 1980s. Located less than 40 minutes from Downtown Detroit, West Bloomfield residents enjoy many parks and often take advantage of downtown attractions in nearby Birmingham.
