Located just four miles north of downtown Indianapolis, Meridian-Kessler is a historic community in Midtown.

The area includes many different types of housing, from mansions on Meridian Street to quaint homes to vintage apartments. College Avenue and the intersection at 49th and Pennsylvania provide local eateries, shops, grocery stores, and more. Meridian-Kessler is also home to a part of the Monon Trail.

One of the community’s most popular events is the Meridian-Kessler Home Tour & Garden Party. Founded in 1973, the tour showcases classic homes and innovative interior design, promoting the history and unique architecture of Meridian-Kessler.
