Prices on the homes will start at $1,599,000 and are scheduled to be delivered in early 2023.

Lake Bluff-based Mariani worked with landscape designers at Booth Hansen to create the community's greenways, gardens, and tree-lined boulevards that integrate Kelmscott Park into the surrounding landscape. In addition, all Kelmscott Park buyers have the option to join the KP Club, an on-site clubhouse with indoor/outdoor amenities including a fitness studio; tech café with conference room; fireplace; event space with a caterer's kitchen, lounge and private dining; and an outdoor lounge, with a firepit, grilling stations and gardens.
