Caroline and her team (we can specifically call out the AMAZING Rachael H.) were just the best! All throughout the process, from finding a new house, helping us put ours on the market, and then throughout the diligence and closing period, they were there for us. Honestly we might have gone insane (or cried a lot) if they hadn't been as responsive to our huge amount of questions and counseling requests! They definitely know the AH region well, and have a book of vendors they shared with us (movers, inspectors, etc) for when we needed outside help (and each of those vendors we used far surpassed those we used in our last home transaction/move). I also should mention that they did a lot of communicating with other parties in the background for us, most of which I'm sure we're not even aware of (lenders, attorneys, etc). And since they were with us for the purchase and the sale, they proved to be a beneficial conduit to the sellers of our new house and buyers of our old house, which really helped to keep everyone calm and friendly! We can't say enough good things about them...please give them a ring if you're looking in and around Arlington Heights!!!
