Benjamin notes that the niche offers a great deal of transferable information. "The knowledge we have gained through our own experiences raising our kids in the city helps us serve all of our clients, as we can predict the long-term investment and who their future buyers may be," he says.

Alongside Benjamin and Juliana, Francesco Fiorentino found his love for real estate when he purchased his first condo as a flip project back in 2006. Prior to joining @properties, Francesco continued his involvement with beautiful properties as a leasing agent for a luxury high-rise residential building in the Streeterville neighborhood of downtown Chicago. Francesco quickly developed great success in his field as someone who takes the time to listen to his clients and focus on the long-term relationship at hand. His years of experience working/living in both the suburbs and the city displays his professional versatility and knowledge, which strengthens his passion for outstanding customer service.

The Yeager Team is proud to welcome, Kimberly Lazar. Esmeralda Alvarez joined the Yeager Team mid 2021 and hit the ground running. Esmeralda comes to us with a background in recruiting, sales and customer service. She has incredible attention to detail and a keen eye for design and styling. She carries a positive attitude and looks forward to serving every client throughout their real estate journey. She is also bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish. 

Joeseph Clay is the newest member to join the Yeager Team at the end of 2021 and he already has assisted many clients achieve their home ownership dreams.Joeseph brings to the team a positive attitude and drive to work hard and be there for every client.
