A native of Northern California, Bill Moyer came to the Chicago area to attend college and has resided in Evanston, Winnetka and now Hawthorn Woods for the last 40 years. He has a long history in the North Shore and Long Grove/Barrington areas and is keenly aware of the nuances of geography when clients are considering a move. He combines this awareness with a desire to locate a home that his clients will love and enjoy. Likewise, he respects the personal and emotional investment at stake when a home is being sold. He is eager to lend his devotion to geography and property valuation in a way that fully benefits his clients. He is a licensed Illinois Broker and specializes in the North Shore and Barrington areas.
Bill has spent over 30 years' in commercial real estate as an award-winning General Manager and Vice President of Property Management of over 24 million square feet of Class "A" Office, Retail, Industrial and Medical properties in Downtown and Suburban Chicago, Silicon Valley and other markets nationally. Over this time, he has experience in many aspects of real estate. From managing property operations to constructing and administering complex leases and managing contracts, capital projects and design construction. He has his own real estate investments and is keenly aware of the importance of the welfare of his tenants and has demonstrated a strong sense of customer service. As a fiduciary for large investors, he understands the care and respect that all clients deserve in choosing their important investments.
