Peggy Lewis brings to @properties a wealth of experience in the real estate field. In addition to her 15 years selling real estate in the northern suburbs of Chicago, she spent 17 years as a Corporate Relocation Consultant with NRI Relocation. During that time she worked with corporate clients such as Hallmark, Pepsico, CSX and Kraft Foods, assisting their corporate transferees in the listing and selling of their homes. In addition, she worked closely with HR departments, appraisers, inspectors, moving companies, mortgage companies and temporary housing companies in making her transferee's move as seamless as possible.
Peggy becomes a client's friend and support system, not just a Realtor.
Areas of Expertise: In her capacity as a Relo Consultant, she became proficient in reviewing appraisals, pricing, and negotiating contracts. Her transferees always felt they had an advocate and friend during this most stressful time.

Personal Background: Peggy is originally from Cleveland, OH. After graduating from NU(Go Cats!), she stayed in the Chicago area, raising her son and daughter in Deerfield, IL. Now those 2 children are raising their own families (and Peggy's 6 grandchildren!)in Deerfield. Currently a Lincolnshire resident, Peggy enjoys attending theatre and film events and performing in Short Story Theatre. She is also chairman of the board of a non-profit - First Trip. First Trip raises funds to enable disadvantaged college students to experience educational opportunities abroad.
