Improvement has been a key pillar of Forest Burczak's life, and he has the ability to help create improvement in your life.
Forest grew up in Southwest Michigan, and from a young age, appreciated the strong sense of community. He grew up playing soccer in the summer and hockey in the winter. In high school, he played hockey on the varsity team. He also began playing golf and drumming more actively. Forest was admitted to the University of Michigan and decided to continue his education in-state.
At the University of Michigan, Forest studied finance and real estate. He was active on campus. He co-founded the Maize and Blue Cupboard, the first non-profit food bank for students, utilizing his negotiation skills to form critical partnerships. He was also highly involved in the school's Enactus social entrepreneurship club as well as the Michigan Real Estate Club. Forest graduated from the University of Michigan with distinction and a Bachelor's degree from the Ross School of Business.
After graduation, Forest worked in New York real estate for two years with a variety of responsibilities. He adapted to city life while growing his professional capabilities. In New York, he enjoyed learning from mentors and expanding his network of contacts. After gaining valuable experience, he moved back to Southwest Michigan with the goal of promoting appreciation for and investment in this community. Upon returning, Forest enhanced his knowledge of this market while working for a regional landlord.
