Daniela lived in Chicago helping clients and developers buy and sell in various Chicago neighborhoods such as Lakeview, Bucktown, West Town, Logan Square, among others. Growing up in a family that invested in the real estate business, she has gained a lot of knowledge in real estate investing, construction, rehabbing, upgrading, decorating and staging. With the help of her family of general contractors, Daniela was able to "flip homes" in up and coming neighborhoods of Chicago and suburbs. She gained valuable experience in the rental market by purchasing and managing rental properties. Her competitive nature, strong negotiation skills, market and real estate knowledge and staging design experience bring unique skills to her clients.
