Sam is a North Shore native and a life-long Chicago resident. She spent the first part of her career in education as a high school English teacher at one of Chicago's top selective enrollment schools and as a student-teacher advisor at Northwestern University. In 2019, she partnered with her mother-in-law Lisa Trace, a 20-year, top-producing agent in the area.
