Born in Ireland and rode as a professional steeplechase jockey in Europe before coming to this great country to follow my dreams. I trained thoroughbred racehorses until I found my real passion and love of Real Estate. Originally licensed in California where I have sold million dollars homes, I now call Oak Park home where my two beautiful daughters are in the highly coveted Oak Park / River Forest school district. I have firmly embedded myself in the community, fundraising at my daughter's school, volunteering at the local charities, running the Chicago marathon for the Leukemia society and connected to the large Irish community in the city. I work tirelessly for my clients and communication, market knowledge and having my finger on the heartbeat of the Chicago real estate market is a must for me. The greatest pleasure is finding my clients their first home, relocating or downsizing and to share in that joy with a client is what makes this an unbelievable job which I am grateful and fortunate to have. Being an avid runner, hot yoga and mountain biker I rise early and am always available for my clients, I also have a list of vendors (plumbers, electrician, roofer, cleaning crew, painters)who do great work at wholesale prices for my clients whether after purchase or pre-listing work to get the most money for their house as we only get one chance to make that important first impression. I also have a large database of clients in California to draw from either moving to or from the midwest. The one thing I tell all potential clients is "give me the opportunity to work with you and I won't let you down".
