Sandy has spent the last 30 plus years in residential real estate. During that time she has honed the skills needed to make her successful: honesty, integrity, a strong ability to negotiate and lots of patience!
Based on her reputation, understanding of the market and sense of what is right for her clients, Sandy was offered the opportunity to work with several local builders, including 10 years as Managing Broker for a luxury custom home builder. She has worked with architects and has a vast knowledge of design materials.
Sandy has lived on the North Shore her entire adult life and is the mother of four grown children. She has a special talent for multi-tasking, being organized, and understanding her clients' busy lives.
